Since the great Jules Leotard first flew through the air in 1859, Flying Trapeze has amazed and excited audiences the world over and is now also a popular sport and form of recreation for everyday daredevils and physically inclined performers. The 50 Sports team travel to Melbourne Australia to learn the art from Trapeze Master Steen Shoar and his team of expert instructors and performers at the Fly Factory. (www.flyfactory.com.au )
There they will learn the fundamentals of Trapeze and then over a number of days build up to learn tricks they can perform for invited guests and family. Flying Trapeze is not for the faint hearted but is another fun and exciting way to get off the couch.
While in Melbourne, Paul will be also be a feature speaker and Master of Ceremonies at the FILEX International health and fitness conference.
