The 50 sports team hit the water for an exciting team sport that originated in China and now gets hearts pumping in racing festivals all over the world, Dragon Boat Racing. the highlight of the week will be the Milton Keynes Dragon Boat Racing Festival on Willen Lake, but first Paul, Jacqui and Ben must train with local champions and Great British team members at Secklow Hundred Dragon Boat Club and then their team for the weekend, the énergie All Stars.
Our mentors for the week are Jill Richardson, winner of five European Championships Gold Medals and current Team GB member Dan Shoesmith.
Mid week, Paul and the team will deliver yet another inspirational and education “Get it Right” talk, this time to the students of the Sir Herbert Leon Academy in Blechley, Milton Keynes.
